Crunchy milk chocolate rocher coated with oven-roasted hazelnut chips. The sweet taste of milk chocolate and hazelnuts makes us fall back into childhood, and makes us want to stay there!

We have created our range of rochers to give birth to the little dessert of your dreams! The ideal treat to put under the tooth when you want to indulge yourself, to stop everything to take the time to taste a few perfect bites, or when you have an uncontrollable desire for chocolate that takes hold of you ... that is to say very very often in our case!

The rocher magically gathers everything we love: a crunchy texture that crackles under the tooth, a melting interior, an intensely chocolatey taste... Mmmmm... Are your mouths watering at the moment too?

Crunchy spéculoos praline cube

A crunchy confection made with Belgian milk chocolate, spéculoos paste, and puffed rice. A little cube of sweet and crunchy happiness that marries the smoothness of milk chocolate with the unique spiced flavor of spéculoos.

Praliné: Hazelnuts - sugar (sugar, sorbitol) - crêpe chips (water, wheat flour, sugar, liquid whole eggs, whole milk powder, canola oil, salt, French vanilla) - 33% chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) - cocoa butter - fleur de sel. Contains: hazelnut, wheat, egg, milk, soy. May contain: peanuts and other nuts.

DELIVERY

Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?

Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.

What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping, Ontario and Quebec: free shipping for orders over 80$.
Standard shipping for orders under 80$: 9.95$, flat rate.
Standard shipping to other Canadian provinces: 14.99$, flat rate.

What is the delivery time for orders?

All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.

I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?

Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!

Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
